There is 12V at the horn all the time and the other wire is grounded to sound the horn. It might be a good idea to start by checking the ground at the relay. Ah okay, so how would I go about doing this? I've never really messed around with trouble shooting electrical issues.

The air bag light was on and the horns did not work. This may or may not apply, but something to consider. Last edited: Aug 11, If I can hear the relay clicking, does this rule out the clock spring? I do have an airbag light on The code is Resistance too High. Disregard the earlier post, it applies to MK3 cars.
