After covid HQ stopped carrying about front line positions and made decisions based on getting as much money as they could. Please fix the culture Southwest.

Pros Good retirement and K, Best airline out there, local managment is there to help. Same location. Great job for the most part! Great job and you work for AMFA union. The good thing about the union is they make sure you make good money and raises. The bad thing is that they protect your job when you are lazy and really should have been fired a long time ago.

Pros Free Travel, discounts on other airlines discounts on hotels cruise lines car rental etc. Cons none. They really LUV their employees. Work hard and play hard! Creativity is promoted. This company focuses on training and teaching the best policies. They apologize when they do something wrong and they celebrate what they do right.
