I was scheduled to pick up the car at pm and the place closed at pm. I was totally stranded in an unknown city! I had to call and book another car on my own! Worst customer service ever!

Never rent through these 3rd party companies!! Yes the staff was friendly, helpful, and amazing. The drop was very easy. I did have to interupt the attendant when I picked up the car. She was texting on her phone. Staff were friendly. I was charged for gas even though I returned the car full tank.

I cancelled the reservation and hertz made it happen with no effort on my part. Avis customer care sucks, was dishonest and quoted much higher price than that quoted at the airport office.

No after hours drop off Convenient location for drop off. I have Liability on my personal vehicle. I was NOT gonna pay more money, just to rent a vehicle for the weekend. Customer service was good car was pretty clean, the gentleman that helps us was great! Perhaps a little faster service, we waited over a half hour just to start paperwork, there was also a high maintenance customer slowing up the line. Friendly staff - no line, immediate service.

The people at the ACE agency were pleasant and cooperative. There were no instruction on the rental agreement from Kayak that the customer should CALL the agency for pickup upon arrival. The other companies vans came and left several times before we finally called the agency and figured out that a call was required to initiate a pickup at the airport. They were ready for us. I didn't receive the car I had reserved, there was no car for me to pick up at noon, when promised, asked if they would call me when my car came in nobody called. I finally went there all they had was a downgrade car so I took. I was told that the manager would call me on Saturday, which she never did, The car I received from them had mechanical problems 5 minutes after I received it but they had already closed long story short ended up at the airport and finally at 7pm I was given a car too small subcompact, from an SUV original reserved to that.

He was also super cute an I wish I gave him my number ; The desk girl tried checking me into the wrong reservation an then needed to get assistance from someone else instead of just asking for my reservation paperwork. I didn't like thst I was booked for pickup at an offsite rental place and was told if I wsnted the vehicle in order to pickup I could take a cab or Uber!

Asked rep to change pickup sote and eas told could not called spoke to a representative who also ssid it could not be changed. I will most likely be renting somewhere else the Customer Service was horrible.

They didn't have a car seat available for our daughter. The car was in poor condition and unsafe condition, the front tire looked like it was slashed which we didn't realize until we got to our destination. They had no transportation to and from the airport which makes no sense when they are located less than 2 miles from it so we had to pay to take a taxi both ways. Wouldn't get anything started for us over the phone as to make dropping off any smoother.

They said it he other location was 3 minutes away and then walked away. I asked a person if there was a shuttle that could take us there and they said no that I had to call for a car to take me there. We had a 3 year old with us and no car seat since we were renting one from Avis. It took 15 minutes for an Uber to show up and they took us the short 3 minutes to the other location where the computers were down.

We had to wait about 15 minutes while they reset the computer and got it working. We had to ask for the car seat that was on our reservation and it was of very poor quality.

My husband had a heard time figuring out how to install it and even when installed properly it was not super secure. The rental agents were very courteous and helpful at the rental office. All great! The car was full of dents but the staff acknowledged the condition of the car which was excellent otherwise.
