I definitely think that people should make a pottermore account for their true selves, where they answer honestly and see which house and wand they would really get. These cheats are mostly to help people like me who already know which wand they would really get but would like to have a different one anyway. And as far as houses go, just remember that the sorting hat takes your choice into account.
